If you would like to add your medal(s) to Medal Tracker then please fill in this form with all the known details. If you don't know the full details for a particular field (such as the Regimental Number or Rank) simply leave it blank; if you are unsure of the exact medals you are looking for (e.g. you not sure if your Great Grandfather was awarded a 1914 Star trio, a 1914-15 Star Trio or just a Great War "Pair") don't worry, simply put "any" or use a general term like "Any WWI" - we'll know what you're talking about!
Token Publishing Ltd do charge a nominal £5 fee for this service but remember the on-line entries will remain on the site until the medals are found! Unlike the magazine version there is no expiry date for these entries, your medals will stay listed until you tell us to remove them.
